Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Bitter Melon contains ground whole fruit of Momordica charantia, a warty green gourd widely cooked as a vegetable across India, China and South-East Asia and valued in Ayurveda. As the name suggests, it is one of the most bitter vegetables eaten.

Ingredients
Per capsule: bitter melon (Momordica charantia, fruit) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
