Description
Swanson Berberine Complex combines 150 mg each of berberine hydrochloride (an alkaloid found in barberry and goldenseal), Ceylon cinnamon inner bark, fenugreek seed and Gymnema sylvestre leaf per capsule.

Ingredients
Per capsule: berberine HCl 150 mg; Ceylon cinnamon inner bark (Cinnamomum verum) 150 mg; fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 150 mg; Gymnema sylvestre leaf 150 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day before a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
