Description
Swanson Bamboo Extract comes from the stems and leaves of Bambusa vulgaris and is standardised to 70% silica, so each capsule provides about 210 mg of silicon dioxide of plant origin. Bamboo is one of the richest plant sources of silica – far richer than horsetail.

Ingredients
Per capsule: bamboo extract (Bambusa vulgaris, stem and leaf, 70% silica) 300 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
