Description
Swanson Bacopa Monnieri features BaCognize® – a whole-plant extract of Bacopa monnieri (brahmi) standardised to 12% bacopa glycosides (bacosides). Bacopa is a small succulent herb of wetlands of India and one of the classic plants of Ayurveda.

Ingredients
Per capsule: BaCognize® Bacopa monnieri whole-herb extract (12% bacopa glycosides) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 2–3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
