Description
Swanson Astaxanthin provides 4 mg of natural astaxanthin from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis – the red carotenoid that gives salmon, krill and flamingos their colour. It comes in safflower oil with vitamin E for good absorption of this fat-soluble pigment.

Ingredients
Per softgel: astaxanthin (natural astaxanthin complex from Haematococcus pluvialis algae extract) 4 mg.
Other ingredients: safflower oil, softgel (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), d-alpha tocopherol.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
