Description
Swanson Anti-Gas Enzyme is a blend of digestive enzymes – amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase and hemicellulase – with invertase, which breaks down the complex sugars found in pulses, grains and cruciferous vegetables. Take it just before a meal containing foods that are harder to digest.

Ingredients
Per capsule: proprietary enzyme blend 40 mg – amylase (Aspergillus), protease 3.0 (Aspergillus niger), lipase (Aspergillus niger), invertase (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), cellulase (Trichoderma longibrachiatum), hemicellulase (Aspergillus niger).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegan capsule (hypromellose), maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides (coconut and palm kernel oil).
Allergens: contains wheat and soy.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 10–15 minutes before a meal containing beans, pulses or cruciferous vegetables; up to 3 capsules before a meal if needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
