Description
Swanson Alpha Lipoic Acid provides 100 mg of alpha-lipoic acid per capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing fatty acid produced in small amounts in the body and found in foods such as spinach, broccoli and organ meats. It is soluble in both water and fat.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
