Swanson Adaptogenic Herbal Complex brings together nine botanicals from Asian, Siberian and South American herbal traditions: astragalus root, dong quai root, Korean ginseng root, reishi mushroom, Rhodiola rosea root, schisandra berry, suma root, goji (wolfberry) fruit and a 10:1 ashwagandha root extract.

Ingredients
Per capsule: astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus, root) 75 mg; dong quai (Angelica sinensis, root) 75 mg; Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng, root) 75 mg; reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting body) 75 mg; Rhodiola rosea (root) 75 mg; schisandra (Schisandra chinensis, fruit) 75 mg; suma (Pfaffia paniculata, root) 75 mg; wolfberry (Lycium barbarum, fruit) 75 mg; ashwagandha 10:1 extract (Withania somnifera, root) 7.5 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
