Description

Skill Pre-Workout is a pre-training drink powder built around citrulline malate 2:1 (6.2 g), creatine monohydrate (3.1 g) and beta-alanine (2.5 g), with L-tyrosine, taurine, VitaCholine® choline bitartrate and 309 mg of caffeine from two sources – caffeine anhydrous and Xtenergy® (a sustained-release caffeine from coffee beans). It also contains TheaGreen™ L-theanine from green tea, Korean ginseng extract, AstraGin® and B vitamins. Made in Ireland; vegan and halal suitable.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).
Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions

Adults: dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (16.5 g) in 300 ml of water and drink about 30 minutes before training. No more than 1 sachet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
