Description

Skill Nutrition 8 Mushroom Complex is an unflavoured powder of extracts from the fruiting bodies of eight mushrooms: lion's mane (DER 15:1), cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis, DER 20:1), reishi (DER 30:1), chaga (DER 15:1), shiitake (DER 10:1), maitake (DER 10:1), snow fungus (Tremella fuciformis, DER 10:1) and king trumpet (DER 10:1). Each extract is standardised to 30% polysaccharides; about 60 g of fruiting bodies go into one serving. It has a natural taste and mixes into coffee, tea, smoothies or soup. Suitable for vegan, halal and kosher diets.

Per scoop (5 g): 500 mg each of fruiting body extracts of lion's mane (DER 15:1), Cordyceps sinensis (DER 20:1), reishi (DER 30:1), chaga (DER 15:1), shiitake (DER 10:1), maitake (DER 10:1), Tremella fuciformis (DER 10:1) and king trumpet (DER 10:1), each providing 150 mg polysaccharides (1200 mg in total); energy 29 kJ / 7 kcal; carbohydrate 1.2 g; fibre 0.9 g; protein 0.1 g.

Ingredients: fruiting body extracts of lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus), cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), chaga (Inonotus obliquus), shiitake (Lentinula edodes), maitake (Grifola frondosa), Tremella fuciformis, king trumpet (Pleurotus eryngii); inulin.

Directions

Adults: add 1 scoop (5 g) a day to 200 ml of a drink such as coffee or tea, or to a meal (soup, smoothie), and mix well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
