RYSE Loaded Creatine goes beyond plain creatine: each scoop combines 4 g creatine monohydrate with 1.5 g MagnaPower® magnesium creatine chelate, 750 mg creatine HCl, 2.5 g betaine anhydrous and 450 mg PeakATP® (adenosine 5'-triphosphate), plus Calci-K® electrolytes.
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Per scoop (13.1 g): carbohydrate 1 g; calcium 100 mg (13% NRV); phosphorus 50 mg (7% NRV); magnesium 120 mg (32% NRV); sodium 95 mg; potassium 90 mg (5% NRV); creatine monohydrate 4 g; betaine anhydrous 2.5 g; magnesium creatine chelate (MagnaPower®) 1.5 g; creatine HCl 750 mg; adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium (PeakATP®) 450 mg.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop with 300–400 ml of water once a day, every day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
