Description

Rule One Roar is a full pre-workout formula: 2 g of L-citrulline and 500 mg of L-arginine, 1.2 g of beta-alanine, 1 g of creatine monohydrate, 1 g of taurine, 100 mg of betaine, 120 mg of L-tyrosine and 175 mg of caffeine from green coffee bean and tea leaf extracts, plus a 350 mg electrolyte blend and vitamins C, B6 and B12.

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per scoop (10 g, Blue Razz): energy 25 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250 mg (313% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 3 mg (214% NRV); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 35 µg (1400% NRV); chloride 185 mg; sodium 80 mg; potassium 95 mg; L-citrulline 2 g; beta-alanine 1.2 g; creatine monohydrate 1 g; taurine 1 g; L-arginine 500 mg; electrolyte blend (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium citrate, magnesium oxide) 350 mg; caffeine (from green coffee bean extract and tea leaf extract) 175 mg; L-tyrosine 120 mg; betaine anhydrous 100 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.

Other ingredients: natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, sucralose, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, colour (varies by flavour).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water 30–45 minutes before exercise. Assess tolerance with ½ scoop first. Do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation.

High caffeine content (175 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 servings a day or combine with other caffeine sources; do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
