Per scoop (32.5 g, Dark Chocolate): energy 120 kcal; fat 1 g, of which saturates 1 g; carbohydrate 4 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 1 g; protein 25 g; salt 0.18 g; calcium 130 mg (16% NRV); iron 1 mg; potassium 250 mg. Vanilla values differ slightly.

Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk and shake for 20–30 seconds. Take after training or between meals to help meet your daily protein intake.
