Description

Rule One Fruits & Greens is a naturally flavoured, stevia-sweetened powder with over 40 ingredients: a 4 g blend of organic kale, apple, beet, cranberry, broccoli, spinach, carrot, wild blueberry and other fruit and vegetable powders, 850 mg of chicory root inulin, the 100 mg Spectra® fruit-vegetable-herb extract blend, 50 mg of DigeZyme® digestive enzymes and vitamins A and C.

Vitamin A contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal skin and vision.
Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per scoop (6.5 g): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 4 g, of which sugars 1 g; fibre 2 g; vitamin A 370 µg (46% NRV); vitamin C 60 mg (75% NRV); sodium 15 mg; potassium 80 mg; fruits & greens blend 4 g (organic kale, organic apple, organic beet, organic cranberry, organic broccoli, acerola, organic spinach, organic carrot, reishi mushroom, organic wild blueberry, sweet potato, cucumber, raspberry, cauliflower, pomegranate powders); inulin (chicory root) 850 mg; Spectra® blend 100 mg (green coffee, green tea, broccoli sprout, onion, apple, acerola, camu camu, quercetin, tomato, broccoli, açaí, basil, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, mangosteen, blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, chokeberry, raspberry, sweet cherry, spinach, kale, bilberry, Brussels sprout); DigeZyme® enzyme blend 50 mg (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 250–300 ml of cold water, once a day.
