Description

Rule One Burn is a caffeinated drink mix for use alongside a calorie-controlled diet and training. Each scoop provides 200 mg of caffeine from several sources (anhydrous, green coffee, tea, guarana and delayed-release zümXR®), 1.5 g of L-carnitine tartrate, 1 g of L-tyrosine, 1 g of taurine, decaffeinated green tea and coffee extracts, Capsimax® capsicum extract, grains of paradise and BioPerine®, with zero added sugar.

Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per scoop (7 g, Snow Cone): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 2 g; niacin (niacinamide) 10 mg (63% NRV); L-carnitine tartrate 1.5 g; L-tyrosine 1 g; taurine 1 g; caffeine 200 mg (from caffeine anhydrous, green coffee bean extract, tea leaf extract, guarana seed extract and delayed-release zümXR® caffeine); decaffeinated green tea leaf extract 195 mg; decaffeinated green coffee bean extract 175 mg; Capsimax® capsicum fruit extract 25 mg; grapefruit seed extract 25 mg; grains of paradise (Aframomum melegueta) seed extract 20 mg; BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract 5 mg.

Other ingredients: inulin, natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour (varies by flavour).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 250–350 ml of cold water, in the morning or 30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with ½ scoop first. Do not exceed 1 scoop a day.

High caffeine content (200 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 servings a day or combine with other caffeine sources; do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
