Ingredients
Per capsule: zinc (OptiZinc® zinc mono-L-methionine) 50 mg (500% NRV).
Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsules), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule every other day with a meal with water. Not intended for daily long-term use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. High-dose zinc: 50 mg per capsule exceeds the EU tolerable upper intake level for adults (25 mg per day). Long-term intake of high doses of zinc may cause copper deficiency. Do not combine with other zinc-containing supplements. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.
