Reflex Nutrition is a British sports nutrition brand (founded 1998) whose products are batch-tested under the Informed Sport programme. Reflex 100% Whey is instantised, ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate (about 70% protein) that keeps more of whole whey's natural nutrients, with added digestive enzymes and friendly bacteria. Each serving provides 21 g of protein.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per serving (30 g): protein 21 g, with low fat and sugar. Exact nutrition values per flavour are given on the label.

Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (milk) (emulsifier: soy lecithin), flavourings, cocoa (chocolate), thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose), digestive enzymes, Bacillus coagulans.

Allergens: contains milk and soy.

Directions

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 200–250 ml of water or milk, 1–3 times a day.
