Description

Raw Hydration is a sugar-free electrolyte mix with sodium, potassium, magnesium bisglycinate, calcium and zinc, plus vitamin C, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, 1 g taurine and coconut water powder. Raw Nutrition products are Informed Sport tested.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the diet).
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function.

Per serving (5.8 g): energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; vitamin C 50 mg (63% NRV); niacin 2 mg (13% NRV); vitamin B6 1 mg (71% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1 µg (40% NRV); calcium (citrate) 40 mg (5% NRV); magnesium (bisglycinate) 30 mg (8% NRV); zinc (citrate) 2 mg (20% NRV); sodium (citrate) 230 mg; potassium 175 mg (9% NRV); taurine 1 g; coconut water powder 500 mg.

Other ingredients: natural and artificial flavours, citric acid, malic acid, bamboo stem and leaf extract, sweetener (sucralose), spirulina extract (colour).

Allergens: contains coconut.

Directions

Mix 1 serving with 500 ml of water. Use during the day or around training.
