Description

Raw Nutrition Cream of Rice is finely milled, pre-cooked rice flour for a quick, smooth hot cereal – an easily digested, gluten-free carbohydrate source popular with bodybuilders before training. Each serving provides about 26 g of carbohydrate with little sugar, in cereal-inspired flavours.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Ingredients

Per serving (approx. 35 g): carbohydrate approx. 26 g, low in sugar; fat and protein low (see label for exact values per flavour).

Ingredients: pre-cooked rice flour, flavourings, sweeteners, salt; chocolate flavour contains cocoa.

Allergens: gluten-free; may contain traces of milk, soy and nuts (see label).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 150–250 ml of water or milk and stir; heat in the microwave or on the hob if desired, stirring well. Adjust the liquid to taste.
