Description
OstroVit MCT Oil is a clear, tasteless oil of medium-chain triglycerides, made up of 55–65% caprylic acid (C8) and 35–45% capric acid (C10), obtained from palm kernel oil. It can be added to coffee, shakes, salads and other dishes.

Per serving (12 g): energy 452 kJ / 108 kcal; fat 12 g, of which saturates 12 g (caprylic acid C8:0 6.6–7.8 g; capric acid C10:0 4.2–5.4 g); carbohydrates 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g.

Directions
Adults: 12 g (2 tablespoons) twice a day with meals. Start with a smaller amount and increase gradually (by 12 g every 3 days) to assess tolerance. Not suitable for frying at high temperatures.
