Per 3 capsules: nettle leaf extract 350 mg; dandelion root extract 350 mg (flavonoids 10.5 mg); guarana seed extract 250 mg (caffeine 55 mg); goldenrod herb extract 200 mg; cranberry fruit extract 200 mg (proanthocyanidins 20 mg); green tea leaf extract 200 mg (polyphenols 100 mg); field horsetail herb extract 150 mg (silica 10.5 mg); vitamin B6 6 mg (429% NRV).

Ingredients: vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), nettle leaf extract, dandelion root extract, guarana seed extract, cranberry fruit extract, green tea leaf extract, goldenrod extract, field horsetail extract, inulin, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Adults: 3 capsules a day with a meal and plenty of water. Not for long-term continuous use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
