Per 3 capsules: L-tyrosine 500 mg; L-carnitine tartrate 300 mg (L-carnitine 201.6 mg); green coffee bean extract 200 mg (chlorogenic acid 100 mg, caffeine 4 mg); green tea leaf extract 200 mg (polyphenols 100 mg, EGCG 30 mg); ginger root extract 200 mg (gingerols 10 mg); caffeine anhydrous 190 mg; African mango seed extract 150 mg; Panax ginseng root extract 50 mg (ginsenosides 10 mg); black pepper fruit extract 2.1 mg (95% piperine); chromium 100 µg (250% NRV).

Ingredients: L-tyrosine, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), L-carnitine tartrate, green coffee bean extract, green tea leaf extract, ginger root extract, anhydrous caffeine, African mango seed extract, ginseng root extract, silicon dioxide, black pepper fruit extract, chromium picolinate.

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Adults: 3 capsules a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Contains caffeine (approx. 200 mg per serving) – not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people sensitive to caffeine; do not combine with other caffeine sources (coffee, energy drinks, pre-workouts). Not suitable for people with heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid, liver or kidney disease, or those taking medication (e.g. antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, blood thinners, antidiabetics) – consult a doctor. Do not use in the evening. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Contains green tea extract: do not consume on an empty stomach, do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day, and do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or under the age of 18. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG a day.
