Description
OstroVit Erythritol is pure erythritol (E968), a polyol sweetener that looks and is used like sugar, with about 70% of its sweetness but no calories and a glycaemic index of zero.
- Consumption of foods/drinks containing erythritol instead of sugar contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralisation and induces a lower blood glucose rise after their consumption compared to sugar-containing foods/drinks.

Directions
Use instead of sugar in drinks, desserts and baking (about 1.3 g of erythritol replaces 1 g of sugar). Introduce gradually.
