Description

OstroVit EAA is a powder of free-form amino acids containing all nine essential amino acids – with BCAA (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio – plus L-arginine. Available unflavoured or flavoured.

Ingredients

Per serving (10 g, natural): L-leucine 3000 mg; L-isoleucine 1500 mg; L-valine 1500 mg; L-lysine HCl 1350 mg; L-threonine 700 mg; L-phenylalanine 700 mg; L-methionine 450 mg; L-arginine 400 mg; L-histidine 300 mg; L-tryptophan 100 mg.

Ingredients (natural): L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-arginine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan. Flavoured versions additionally contain acidity regulator, flavouring and sweeteners.

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions

Dissolve 10 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water. Training days: 1 serving before a meal or training and 1 after training; rest days: 1 serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
