OstroVit Chromium 200 µg provides the trace element chromium in the organic form of chromium picolinate. Chromium is found in wholegrain products, yeast, eggs, broccoli and tomatoes.

Ingredients
Per tablet: chromium (picolinate) 200 µg (500% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day after a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
