Osavi Norwegian Cod Liver Oil softgels contain cod liver oil with lemon-flavoured shells, naturally providing omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, with added vitamins A and D3.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision; EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with 250 mg EPA+DHA a day; 2 softgels provide 340 mg).
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin.

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: cod liver oil 2000 mg, providing omega-3 fatty acids min. 440 mg, of which EPA min. 140 mg, DHA min. 200 mg, other omega-3 min. 100 mg; vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 540 µg (68% NRV); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 20 µg = 800 IU (400% NRV). Sugars 0 g.

Ingredients: cod liver oil, softgel shell (bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, natural lemon flavouring), antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopherol, retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 softgels a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
