Osavi Maca 1000 mg contains a 5:1 extract of maca root (Lepidium meyenii) – 1000 mg of extract obtained from 5000 mg of mature maca root grown wild in Peru. Maca is a root vegetable endemic to the high Andes, where it has been eaten as a staple food for centuries.
