Osavi Inositol 1000 mg Powder is pure myo-inositol – a carbocyclic sugar alcohol found naturally in fruit, beans, grains and nuts, sometimes called "vitamin B8" although it is not a vitamin. Slightly sweet, dissolves easily in water.
