Description

Osavi Advanced 5-HTP provides 5-hydroxytryptophan from an extract of African black bean seeds (Griffonia simplicifolia), DER 30:1, standardised to 30% 5-HTP. 5-HTP is an amino acid derivative formed in the body from L-tryptophan. Each capsule delivers 333 mg of extract providing 100 mg of 5-HTP.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (DER 30:1) 333.33 mg, standardised to 30% 5-HTP = 100 mg 5-HTP.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, preferably before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
