Description

Nutrend Protein Oat Breakfast is a hearty porridge based on 44–46% gluten-free oats with whey protein concentrate and milk protein isolate, chia seeds and ground flaxseed, enriched with calcium, chromium and vitamins D and K2. Rich in fibre, without artificial colours or sweeteners.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Per 90 g (chocolate): energy 1425 kJ/338 kcal; fat 5.7 g, of which saturates 1.8 g; carbohydrate 46 g, of which sugars 15.3 g; fibre 6.3 g; protein 22.5 g; salt 0.45 g; alpha-linolenic acid 1145 mg; calcium 125 mg (15.6% RI); chromium 40 µg (100%); vitamin D 5 µg (100%); vitamin K 22.5 µg (30%).

Ingredients (chocolate): gluten-free oats 44.5%, whey protein concentrate (with sunflower lecithin and calcium phosphate), cane sugar, milk protein isolate, chia seeds 5.5% (Salvia hispanica), rice syrup solids, milk protein crisps, cocoa, bitter chocolate chunks 2.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), ground flaxseed 1%, acacia gum, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, flavouring, cholecalciferol, chromium lactate, menaquinone-7.

Allergens: milk, oats (gluten-free). May contain soy.

Directions

Put 90 g (approx. 4 scoops) in a bowl, add 100–125 ml of hot (not boiling) water, stir and leave for a few minutes. Maximum 1 serving a day. Once opened, store below 25 °C and use within 2 months.
