Description
Nutrend HMB 4500 provides HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) as its calcium salt. HMB is formed in the body in small amounts from the essential amino acid L-leucine.

Ingredients
Per 5 capsules: calcium HMB 5355 mg, of which HMB 4500 mg.
Ingredients: calcium 3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyrate, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colour iron oxide).
Allergens: none declared.
Directions
Adults: 5 capsules a day with plenty of water (not with milk or alcohol); do not chew. Training days: 3 capsules 60 minutes before training and 2 immediately after. Rest days: 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 before lunch. Once opened, store below 25 °C and use within 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
