NOW Foods Vitamin E-200 with Mixed Tocopherols combines natural d-alpha tocopherol with beta-, gamma- and delta-tocopherols – the other members of the vitamin E family found in food – in organic extra virgin olive oil.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Per softgel: vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) 134 mg (200 IU).
Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), organic extra virgin olive oil, mixed tocopherols (d-beta, d-delta, d-gamma). Vitamin E from non-GMO soy (highly refined).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
