Description
NOW Foods Sunflower Lecithin Powder is pure, soy-free and non-GMO lecithin from sunflower seeds. Lecithin is a natural mixture of phospholipids – mainly phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine – that acts as an emulsifier, helping fats to disperse in water. Phosphatidylcholine is also a source of choline. The powder can be mixed into juice or shakes, or sprinkled on food.

Ingredients
Per 1⅓ tablespoons (10 g): energy 50 kcal; fat 5 g, of which saturates 1 g, polyunsaturates 2.5 g, monounsaturates 1.5 g; carbohydrate <1 g; phosphorus 270 mg; potassium 80 mg; calcium 25 mg. Typical phospholipids per serving: phosphatidylcholine 2,500 mg, phosphatidylinositol 1,800 mg, phosphatidylethanolamine 1,100 mg.
Ingredients: sunflower lecithin powder.
Directions
Adults: 1⅓ tablespoons a day, preferably with a meal, mixed into juice or shakes or sprinkled on food.
