Description
NOW Foods Sunflower Liquid Lecithin is soy-free, non-GMO lecithin in liquid form. Lecithin is a natural mixture of phospholipids (typically 19% phosphatidylcholine, 12% phosphatidylinositol, 7% phosphatidylethanolamine) that emulsifies fats. Blend it into milk, protein shakes or vegetable juice, use it in dressings and sauces, or as a non-stick coating for pans.

Per tablespoon (15 ml): energy 90 kcal; fat 10 g, of which saturates 1.5 g, polyunsaturates 5 g, monounsaturates 3 g; carbohydrate <1 g; phosphorus 260 mg; potassium 80 mg; calcium 20 mg.

Directions
Shake well. Blend 1 tablespoon a day into milk, shakes or juice, or use in cooking.
