NOW Foods Selenium 200 mcg is a higher-strength, yeast-free selenium supplement using L-selenomethionine, the natural food form of selenium.
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the normal function of the immune system, to normal thyroid function, to normal spermatogenesis and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Ingredients
Per capsule: selenium (from L-selenomethionine) 200 µg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
