Description
NOW Foods Probiotic-10™ combines ten acid-resistant, DNA-verified bacterial strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus that naturally colonise the human gut. The stated number of live cultures is guaranteed until the best-before date. The powder is handy for people who don't like capsules: stir it into water or juice and drink straight away. Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
Per ½ teaspoon (about 1.5 g): blend of 10 strains, 50 billion CFU (300 mg): Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, L. plantarum Lp-115, L. casei Lc-11, L. rhamnosus Lr-32, L. paracasei Lpc-37, B. breve Bb-18, Streptococcus thermophilus St-21, L. salivarius Ls-33, B. longum Bl-05; carbohydrate 1 g.
Other ingredients: inulin, FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides).
Directions
Adults: mix ½ teaspoon into 120–180 ml of water or juice once a day and drink immediately, preferably between meals. Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
