Description
NOW Foods Probiotic-10™ combines ten acid-resistant, DNA-verified bacterial strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus that naturally colonise the human gut. The stated number of live cultures is guaranteed until the best-before date. This higher-strength version provides 50 billion CFU in one capsule a day and is shelf-stable at room temperature.

Ingredients
Per capsule: blend of 10 strains, 50 billion CFU (260 mg): Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, L. plantarum Lp-115, L. casei Lc-11, L. rhamnosus Lr-32, L. paracasei Lpc-37, B. breve Bb-18, Streptococcus thermophilus St-21, L. salivarius Ls-33, B. longum Bl-05.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, between meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
