Description
NOW Foods Prebiotic Bifido Boost™ provides PreticX™ – xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS), a prebiotic fibre that selectively feeds Bifidobacteria in the gut. Just one teaspoon a day is enough; mix it into water, another drink or food.

Ingredients
Per level teaspoon (about 3.4 g): xylo-oligosaccharides (from PreticX™ prebiotic complex) 2,200 mg; energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 3 g, of which sugars 1 g.
Other ingredients: maltodextrin.
Directions
Adults and children from 4 years: 1 level teaspoon a day mixed into water, another drink or food.
