Description
NOW Foods Phase 2® is a stimulant-free extract of white kidney beans (Phaseolus vulgaris). It naturally inhibits alpha-amylase, the enzyme that breaks down starch, so it is taken before meals rich in starchy foods such as bread, pasta, rice or potatoes, as part of a sensible diet and exercise plan.

Ingredients
Per 3 capsules: PHASE 2® white kidney bean extract (Phaseolus vulgaris) 1,500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), gum arabic, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), ascorbyl palmitate.
Directions
Adults: 3 capsules before a meal containing starchy foods. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
