Description
NOW Foods Omega-3 Fish Oil Liquid is natural-triglyceride fish oil, molecularly distilled and bottled in a pharmaceutically licensed facility in Norway. A natural lemon flavour masks the fishy taste, and a teaspoon provides a large dose of omega-3 without swallowing capsules.

Ingredients
Per teaspoon (5 ml): omega-3 fatty acids 1,400 mg, incl. EPA 740 mg and DHA 460 mg (as triglycerides; natural variation); energy 40 kcal; fat 4.5 g, of which saturates 1 g; cholesterol 25 mg.
Ingredients: highly refined omega-3 fish oil, natural lemon flavour, antioxidant blend (natural tocopherols from soy, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate).
Allergens: contains fish (anchovies, sardines, mackerel) and soy.
Directions
Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day with a meal. Refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
