Description

NOW Foods Milk Thistle Extract combines a seed extract standardised to 80% silymarin with whole turmeric root. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) has been used in traditional herbal practice for centuries, especially for the liver. Its seeds contain silymarin, a group of flavonolignans.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, fruit/seed; 240 mg silymarin, 80%) 300 mg; turmeric root (Curcuma longa) 700 mg; energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
