NOW Foods Milk Thistle Extra Strength provides three times the extract of the regular capsules – 450 mg standardised to 80% silymarin – in a softgel with sunflower oil and lecithin for better solubility. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) has been used in traditional herbal practice for centuries, especially for the liver.

Per softgel: milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, fruit/seed; 360 mg silymarin, 80%) 450 mg; energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g.
Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, organic caramel colour), organic sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
