Description
NOW Sports MCT Oil softgels. Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats found naturally in coconut and palm kernel oil – mainly caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acid. They are digested and absorbed faster than most other fats. Softgels are a convenient way to take MCTs away from the kitchen.

Ingredients
Per 3 softgels: MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides, from coconut/palm kernel oil) 3,000 mg; energy 25 kcal; fat 3 g, of which saturates 3 g.
Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).
Directions
Adults: 3 softgels up to 5 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
