Description
NOW Foods Lutein & Zeaxanthin provides a high dose of both macular carotenoids from marigold flowers (Lutemax 2020). Lutein and zeaxanthin are concentrated in the macula of the eye, where they act as natural filters of high-energy blue light; they are also found in brain tissue. Take with a meal containing fat.

Ingredients
Per softgel: lutein (marigold flower extract, Tagetes erecta, Lutemax 2020) 25 mg; zeaxanthin (from marigold) 5 mg.
Other ingredients: sunflower oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), mixed tocopherols (from non-GMO soy oil).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
