Description

NOW Foods Gr8-Dophilus™ combines eight acid-resistant, DNA-verified strains of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus that naturally colonise the human gut, with FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) – a fibre the bacteria feed on. Dairy- and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Per capsule: blend of 8 strains, 4 billion CFU (370 mg): Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, L. rhamnosus Lr-32, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, L. salivarius Ls-33, L. casei Lc-11, B. longum Bl-05, Streptococcus thermophilus St-21, B. bifidum Bb-02.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), ascorbic acid, magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Contains traces of soy.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, between meals or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
