Description
NOW Foods Collagen Peptides is pure hydrolysed bovine collagen (types I and III) with nothing added. Collagen is the most abundant protein in mammals, making up around 30% of the body's protein, and is a main component of skin, bones, tendons and cartilage. Unflavoured, it dissolves in water, juice, coffee or smoothies.
Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Directions
