Description

NOW Foods Cod Liver Oil Extra Strength contains more oil per softgel than the 650 mg version – 1,000 mg from Icelandic and Norwegian cod, with 170 mg of EPA and DHA and vitamins A and D3. The oil is tested for contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins and heavy metals.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and skin and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

Per softgel: cod liver oil 1,000 mg, providing DHA 100 mg and EPA 70 mg; vitamin A (from retinyl palmitate and cod liver oil) 300 µg; vitamin D (from D3 cholecalciferol and cod liver oil) 10 µg (400 IU); energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).

Allergens: contains fish (cod).

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
