Description
Choline and inositol are nutrients related to the B vitamins and are both building blocks of cell membranes. Choline is also used to make the messenger substance acetylcholine.
Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function.
NOW Foods Choline & Inositol provides 250 mg of each in one vegetarian capsule a day.
Ingredients
Per capsule: choline (from 630 mg choline bitartrate) 250 mg; inositol 250 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
