NOW Foods Calcium Ascorbate Powder is pure calcium ascorbate with nothing added – a buffered, non-acidic form of vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach and easy to dose.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
Adults: ¼ level teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day, mixed into water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
