Description

NOW Foods Cal-Mag Stress Formula combines the daily amounts of calcium and magnesium with 360 mg of vitamin C and a complete set of B vitamins – a broad formula for busy days.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C, B-6, B-12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance; vitamin C to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: calcium (from calcium carbonate, citrate, ascorbate) 1,000 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide, citrate, ascorbate) 500 mg; vitamin C (as ascorbic acid, magnesium and calcium ascorbate) 360 mg; thiamin (B-1) 10 mg; riboflavin (B-2) 5 mg; niacin (as niacinamide) 40 mg; vitamin B-6 5 mg; folate 1,360 µg DFE (800 µg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 20 µg; biotin 300 µg; pantothenic acid 20 mg; choline 20 mg; inositol 20 mg; PABA 10 mg.

Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetarian coating, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day with food; may be taken in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
